My name is Marcia Stein {please click here for my business website} and I am in a group of a Human Resources professionals interested in growth and development in our field. Our dinners began with 14 women in January 1997 and has grown to a mailing list with around 1,500 women. As a result of our volunteer work, in 2005 I received the Partners in HR Innovation Award from the HR Symposium. Please click here to read more about it.
Our group is comprised of women working in the field of Human Resources in the Silicon Valley. We have a team of volunteers planning our schedule of events, finding locations, speakers and making it all work. We have monthly dinners to network, mentor and be mentored. We have over 1,500 women on the mailing list and our Bulletin Board is the most visited page on our site. In 1999 we enriched our group by offering specified events open to all women in our community. For specified events, we include our male colleagues. These talks are infrequent and we will notify you of the next open event.

Developed to help vet incoming software engineers, Top Talent has designed an open ended testing system that will discover skill sets and cognitive thinking abilities. The program utilizes proprietary metrics to discover the thought process behind each answer by recording key strokes, discerning if a candidate copy and pasted, detecting if they navigated off of the screen to do searches, identifying time spent away from the computer, and showing the hiring manager how long it took the candidate to complete each question.
