Managed New Hires process from start to finish, and conveyed a high level of Customer Service to each Employee.  Created offer letters, conducted background checks, and handled immigration compliance. Maintained all personnel and benefit files, handles Worker’s Compensation Claims, approves medical and dental insurance provider invoices for accuracy and resolves discrepancies with insurance carriers.
