I am exploring various occupations, qualifications, and advice for people who are exploring career options. In addition to exploring occupations, I am conducting a series of interviews and collecting stories about life experiences and love. This work is made available in Adobe PDF books and articles, so please be sure you have the latest Adobe Reader.

If there is a topic you'd like me to cover or a person you'd like me to interview, please use my contact page. Through interviews with recruiters I explored career paths, what recruiters do, and learned what’s important to them. They provided recommendations for new recruiters and suggestions for all job candidates. I interviewed different types of recruiters including Contract Recruiters, Executive (Retained) Search, Staffing Managers and Search/Researchers. The book is very interesting and offers some insight into an often misunderstood and undervalued profession. I enjoyed reading it. I also happened into the profession in an odd way - I think we all have!
